INTEGRATION

Integration is an integral piece to healing with entheogens. Ceremony is truly only the tip of the iceberg. Often with such powerful plant medicine journeys, our energy centers and psyche can be opened to such a degree, the lessons and teachings are difficult to take in and understand. It is imperative to integrate the often new way of being shown to us through these "rebirthing" style of healing.

The "Integration" process allows one to digest and assimilate the ceremony experience. It is similar to what happens in the body when digestion takes the nutrients from foods and distributes them throughout the body, encouraging good health, growth, and cell regeneration. Being able to digest (integrate) well is an essential part of good health and well-being.
