Makaela Bamonti

Integration Specialist

Makaela Bamonti is a fellow human traveler who is a mental health counseling and psychotherapy candidate for licensure in the state of Colorado, a 300hr certified yoga instructor and meditation guide, a breathwork facilitator, and a certified Kambo practitioner. Makaela will also be starting her journey into the realm of psychedelic-assisted therapy come 2024. Through her various studies and experience over the last decade through both body-focused and mental-health work, she has learned how important preparation and integration into daily life are after sitting with any sacred medicine or after any life-shifting experience. Makaela approaches everyone she meets with a sense of wonderment, non-judgment, and curiosity and believes that being with another, in their full expression and rawness is real peer support and is a deep practice of ally-ship, without trying to fix or heal. There is a gift in integration that helps one embody an understanding of how the past continues to drive the present and how to develop the necessary skills to experience enough felt safety to move through any challenges or ways of being that may be blocking our way forward. Makaela is not afraid of sitting with people in their pain, in their grief, in their sadness, in their anger, and especially in their joy, sensuality, and bliss! If you wish to sit in an integrative session with Makaela after your Quantum Soul Journey, you may just find a deeper understanding of your Why... not just from a mental concept or from the stories we tell ourselves, but from a deeply experiential and tangible knowingness of interconnection. Turns out it is usually the avoidance of pain that causes the most suffering. If we simply have the tools, space, and trust to feel it, the pain will move and integrate quickly. Makaela aims to create conditions that empower you to move in the world with confidence, ease, and a sense of belonging and acceptance so that as you continue your dance with everyday existence, you feel a positive shift and a sense of home within.
